- Kajal Kothari is the co-founder of Fresh Box Media Pvt. Ltd., a digital marketing and advertising agency based in India. Fresh Box Media specializes in social media management, brand strategy, digital content creation, and online marketing. Under Kajal’s leadership, the company has gained recognition for its innovative approach to digital marketing, focusing on creating impactful online campaigns and engaging content for brands across various industries.
- Kajal Kothari is known for her expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy. With a strong background in these areas, she has contributed to helping businesses enhance their online presence and reach target audiences effectively. Her work often involves developing creative digital solutions that align with the brand’s goals and audience needs, making Fresh Box Media a go-to agency for brands looking to make a mark in the digital space.
- She started her journey being the pharm graduate being the medical representative. She became the best MR in 8 months which made her confident to think beyond her limits. Her Job expanded for the different diversify areas. Networking helped her to realize to start a small venture in Media Company. Today she has more than 80 cliental base for the same.
- In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kajal Kothari is often engaged in motivational speaking and mentoring, sharing her journey as an entrepreneur and her insights into the digital marketing landscape.
- The event was to provide a platform for successful innovators to share their experiences and to motivate students to pursue their passions and overcome obstacles. The speakers emphasized the significance of persistence even in the face of setbacks. She spoke about Failure is not the end but a stepping stone to greater achievements. Thinking outside the box can lead to groundbreaking solutions. Building a network and finding mentors can significantly impact one’s career journey. Passion for one’s work is a major factor in sustaining motivation.
2. Field Trip: “Field Visit for Problem Identification, focused on aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and Exploring Emerging Areas of Technology”
The field visit aimed at identifying problems in the local community and exploring innovative solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- The visit focused on understanding the community’s and business challenges and opportunities and assessing how emerging technologies can address these issues.
- The goal was to gather data that would guide sustainable development interventions in collaboration with business entrepreneurs and other stakeholders
- The committee and the students visit the ACETECH exhibition at Bombay Exhibition center on 17th November, 2024, where we registered with the ACESTEC to meet the different entrepreneurs and gather the data with them with help of the G form made to gather the information problem identification and UN SDG goals.
- Mr. Kishor Navandar, CMD & founder of Blue billion group helped us to take to the tour of exhibition and made help to gather information from different entrepreneurs. He spoke to students about the problem identified by the organization and how they face different challenges by the various head. He shared knowledge about how SDG Goal 14 help them to explore the business and opportunities universally. He guide us about the new innovations.
- Mr. Manish Gandhi, Managing director of ACESTECh gave valuable inputs on innovations and creativity. We meet some Brand owners like Trezure, craysil , HIFC
- Mr. Aekamjeet Singh founder of HIFC has shared their valuable insights on business. How they started their business and how they became a successful entrepreneurs
- Mr.Nilesh Gala directors of Trezure lifestyle pvt Ltd. Mr. Nilesh sir shared how their company focuses on providing luxury and designerproducts. Over the years, Trezure has established itself in the Indian furniture market, and shared review on the SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure for over the years.
- We met to the sales director of craysil Ms. Nikila Shridhar. They shared their experience like how was there journey and mam guide us how to manage the business.
3. Celebration: “National Innovation Day”
- This programme was conducted to celebrate Vachan Prerana Diwas 2024 and Book Exhibition on the occasion of the birthday of Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, who loved reading and writing.
- The programme was taken by Librarian Mr. Pratik Dhepe & Asst. Librarian Mr. Avinash Nivale and students.
- The objectives of the programme are to pay tribute to Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam. This day is observed so that students understand the importance of reading and are encouraged to develop it as a hobby.
- Our Director Sir gave an inspirational talk about how reading helps the students to build their vocabulary, communication skills and thinking process which will help them to achieve success in academic, personality development and progress in all angles, to the students presented for the event.
4. Celebration: “National Education Day”
- The objective of celebrating National Education Day was to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, India’s first Education Minister, and to recognize his contributions to the development of education in the country. The students went to Ashram to educate the children what is innovation and guided them how they can contribute to society.
- Teacher along with student visited the Ashram to show different innovation happening around the globe and educate the children how to explore the things for innovation.
- Students educated the children about the basics of innovation, explaining how creative ideas can lead to solutions that benefit society.
- Encourage the children to explore and experiment with ideas that could lead to innovations in their own communities.
- The children participated in creative workshops designed to foster curiosity and problem-solving skills.
- The children gained a better understanding of innovation and its potential to bring positive change in society.
The celebration of National Education Day at Shri Annasaheb Sahasrabuddhe Ashram was a meaningful and impactful event. It not only honored the legacy of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad but also ignited a spirit of innovation and social responsibility among the children. The Institute Innovation Council extends its heartfelt gratitude to all participants, staff, and the Ashram for their cooperation and enthusiasm in making the event a success.

1. Workshop on “Entrepreneurship & Innovation as Career Opportunity”
Objectives of the Workshop are to promote the importance of Entrepreneurship and innovation as career opportunity and inculcate skill set required for a young graduate along with and to demonstrate global entrepreneurship activity – growing share of India and different types of entrepreneurship. Online workshop was conducted on Entrepreneurship & Innovation as Career Opportunity on 21.10.2023.
2. Workshop on “Alumni Speak on Entrepreneurial Journey”.
This event focused on the advancement of creation, innovation, mentorship, and social progress. Workshop was conducted on Organizing Innovation and Entrepreneurship outreach program in School/community on 21.10.2023. Under the association of Alumni Committee with ED/IIC Committee. Mr. Prasad Jadhav was the resource person.
3. Seminar on “Positive Attitude and its impact in Professional Career”
This event focused on the advancement of creation, innovation, mentorship, and social progress. Workshop was conducted on Organizing Innovation and Entrepreneurship outreach program in School/community on 21.10.2023. Under the association of Alumni Committee with ED/IIC Committee. Mr. Prasad Jadhav was the resource person.
4. Workshop on “My Story: Motivation Session by Successful Innovator”

Workshop was conducted on Organizing Innovation and Entrepreneurship outreach program in School/community on 25.10.2023. He delivered his speech on various topics like Idea generation and Implementation, Importance of right approach and execution methodology, How to overcome challenges and set target goals etc.
5. National Entrepreneurship day
To honor the great work of entrepreneurs who have contributed to the country’s economic development. National Entrepreneurs Day’s objective is to recognize, celebrate, and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and its vital contributions to society and the economy. Moreover, the event was aligned with the goals outlined in PO3 and PO4, which likely pertain to fostering economic growth and innovation through entrepreneurship, as well as providing support and resources for aspiring entrepreneurs.This event served as a catalyst for nurturing entrepreneurial talent, fostering innovation, and shaping the future landscape of business and industry.
6. Organized an Inter/Intra Institutional Innovation Competition Business Quiz
Exploring the key concepts and principles that underpin various aspects of the business realm, from marketing and finance to management, operations, and strategy. Testing Students knowledge of business terminology, theories, models, and best practices. Educational tool to assess and enhance one understands of business concepts, thereby nurturing better business acumen and entrepreneurial skills. Business quizzes serve as a fun and educational tool to assess and enhance understanding of business concepts, thereby nurturing better business acumen and entrepreneurial skills. They emphasize the importance of acquiring knowledge essential for successful business operations, spanning areas such as marketing, logistics, finance, and sales. This initiative resonates closely with Program Outcomes PO2 & PO4 underscoring its effectiveness in fulfilling the educational objectives of the institution.

8. International Women’s Day celebration
This activity was celebrated to understand the reason behind the celebration of women’s day on 8th march,2024 universally and to felicitate all the female staff members of RGCMS. Women’s Day was celebrated with great pomp and ceremony at the RGCMS campus in the G2 classroom. The classroom was well decorated and the women achievers were highlighted on the notice board. All the female staff members from the teaching and non-teaching department were felicitated. Program started with a speech from a student informing everyone why we are celebrating women’s day. Director Dr. Dinesh Ghabane Sir shared his experience. The celebration came to an end with all women from the staff by cutting the cake and enjoying the event with some refreshments.
9. Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and IP management for start up
To learn Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) for startup are crucial as they provide protection for their innovations, products, and branding. Here’s a guide to understanding and managing IP for start-up.The workshop not only provided valuables knowledge on IPR but also equipped participants with essential skills and perspectives necessary for success in the modern business landscape. It empowered them to apply their understanding of management theories and practices to solve real-world problems while considering the global, economic, legal, and ethical aspects of business. (PO1,PO4). Students learnt how IPR provides total control over a new innovation and its creator. They were also given a platform to discuss how small innovations influence societies at large and how they should indulge in innovating and patenting ideas that will be useful for all the classes of individuals in the society.
10. Session on How to plan for Start-up and legal & Ethical Steps
The objective of the session was to help the students to plan a startup of their interest. The objective of this event was to create and motivate for developing entrepreneurs. The event was aligned with the goals outlined in PO3 and PO4, which likely pertain to fostering economic growth and innovation through entrepreneurship, as well as providing support and resources for aspiring entrepreneurs. The session focused on Business Startup and Entrepreneurship. How to launch start-up, MVP Product, copyright, legal and ethical issues.
11. World Intellectual property Day
The objective of the celebration was to inform about the role of Intellectual Property Rights in encouraging innovation and creativity in MSMEs. World IP Day is an opportunity to highlight the role that IP rights, such as, patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright), 174 participants participated in it. Quiz was organized and many students participated in it. The event was aligned with the goals outlined in PO3 and PO4, which likely pertain to fostering economic growth and innovation through entrepreneurship.
12. “Session on Angel Investor /VC funding opportunity for early stage entrepreneur”
The session on July 29, 2024, aimed to deepen understanding of investment opportunities for early-stage entrepreneurs, led by Mr. Ashish Gupta. Prior notice was circulated to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring broad participation. Mr. Gupta elucidated the distinctions between angel investors and venture capitalists, detailing their respective benefits, risks, and the process of obtaining seed capital. Participants actively engaged in discussions and queries, reflecting their keen interest. The session addressed the challenges faced by start-ups and provided strategies for effective use of seed capital, emphasizing the importance of innovative idea replication. Attendees gained valuable knowledge on navigating the investment landscape, with a focus on applying management theories to real-world issues. Additionally, Mr. Gupta shared information about various support schemes available for start-ups in India, equipping participants with essential insights and resources for success in the modern business environment.

13. Celebration of World Conservation Day
On July 27, 2024, the Institution Innovation Committee (IIC) organized an event to raise awareness about environmental and health impacts. Led by SYMMS students, the event aimed to educate participants on preserving biodiversity, reducing pollution, and promoting sustainable living. In observance of World Conservation Day, both staff and students took a pledge to reduce their carbon footprint, conserve resources, and support environmental policies. The pledge also included commitments to inspire others, participate in local conservation activities, and encourage sustainable practices. This student-led initiative successfully fostered a greater commitment to environmental stewardship among all attendees.

14. Quiz on World Environment Day
On June 5, 2024, Rajeev Gandhi College of Management Studies hosted the “World Environment Day Quiz 2023-2024” to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. The quiz aimed to test participants’ knowledge about environmental issues and encourage proactive measures for environmental protection. Celebrated annually, World Environment Day focuses on raising awareness about critical ecological concerns. The event successfully engaged the community in understanding and addressing these issues. By participating in this quiz, individuals gained insights into environmental challenges and the importance of sustainable practices, reinforcing the college’s commitment to fostering environmental stewardship.

15. Webinar on Professional Ethics
On August 5, 2024, a webinar on Professional Ethics was conducted with the objective of elucidating the principles and standards that govern professional behavior. Mr. Shridhar Bhagwat served as the resource person, delivering an engaging session on the significance of adhering to ethical codes specific to various professions. These codes, often enforced by professional associations or regulatory bodies, are crucial for maintaining public trust and professional credibility. Post-webinar, Mr. Bhagwat was compensated with an honorarium, and feedback was collected from all participants. E-certificates were issued to acknowledge their participation. The webinar was successfully aligned with contributing to the broader educational objectives of the program.

Idea Generation Contest 2022 planned with Ignition Incubation Center
Objective of Activity: An idea generation competition challenged students to share Invites were sent notice & later certificates were distributed to the participants and winners.Cash prizes were given to winners – First prize – Rs 5,100,Second prize – Rs 3,100, Third prize- Rs 2,100. Idea Evaluators: Dr. Farheen Ahmad, Ms. Niyati Joshi, Ms. Bidisha Roy Goswami Idea Generation Contest 2022 was conducted from 16th July 2022 to 26th August 2022. 49 students submitted their ideas. It was an inter college event.

Live Projects
Students undertook a Live Project under Entrepreneurship Development Committee wherein they developed more than 300 creatives, the team members were enrolled in various courses to understand basic concepts of digital marketing. They learned and applied all the concepts simultaneously resulting in remarkable increase of followers from 56 to 1800.
