Profile:
An astute educationist, a mentor by choice who works towards the goal to achieve excellence in management teaching and learning. She was awarded a Ph.D. in Management in 2022. She bags more than a decade of experience in the Education Sector. From initially contributing to the marketing industry, she has also been a freelance soft skills trainer to various colleges, visiting faculty to colleges and presently taken the role of management educationist. Her interests lie in active involvement at work, module & SOPs development & is actively involved in college accreditation work contributing from her end towards quality education.
A research reviewer to many research journals; she consistently contributes to the research field by writing, presenting & publishing her researches in various National & International Conference & Journals. An author in International publication she also has started to patent her research work.
Attending various recognised faculty development programs & knowledge enriching sessions to stay relevant for better industry contribution. From taking expert sessions in colleges as a resource person, she is also into training & consultancy services. She has an international body membership of International society for development & Sustainability (ISDS), Japan as an associate member.
