1. Value Added Program on ‘Universal Human Values’
The Value Added Program (VAP) “Universal Human Values” for 2023-24 was held from February 24 to April 30, 2024, RGCMS. It was Organized to enhance curriculum enrichment, the program aimed to teach universal human values and was led by Ms. Sameen Shaikh, 110 students from the Batch of 2022-24 enrolled, with 100 completing the 40-hour course. Sessions were conducted daily for 1 to 1.5 hours. This faculty-driven initiative, mapped to Program Outcome 3 (PO3) to develop value-based leadership abilities, concluded with participants receiving VAP certification.
2. Value Added Program on ‘Advanced excel for business analysis’
The Value Added Program (VAP) “Advanced Excel for Business Analysis” was conducted online from October 6 to November 24, 2023, by Mr. Deepak Garg & team, in collaboration with NASTECH Pvt. Ltd. Aimed at enhancing technical skills, the program enrolled 85 students from FY and SYMMS, with 80 completing the 40-hour course. Training sessions were held for 2 hours/day for 10 days and 3 hours/day for 15 days. The program provided VAP certification from NASTECH Pvt. Ltd., and 23 students passed the Microsoft certification exam. Mapped to Program Outcome 2 (PO2), it fostered analytical and critical thinking skills for data-based decision-making. Student feedback indicated a positive learning experience.

1. Value Added Program on ‘French Language’
The Value Added Program (VAP) at RGCMS, conducted from February 1 to March 30, 2023, aimed to teach students a new language as part of curriculum enrichment. The Course was organized by the Academic Planning and Review Committee and led by Dr. Farheen Ahmad, the program enrolled 109 students from the Batch of 2021-23. Nearly 100 participants completed the 40-hour course, which included daily sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours. Successful participants received VAP certification, and the program was mapped to Program Outcome 4 (PO4).
2. Value Added Program on ‘Universal Human Values’

3. Value Added Program on ‘Digital Marketing’
The Rajeev Gandhi College of Management Studies (RGCMS) organized a comprehensive Value Added Program (VAP) on Digital Marketing in collaboration with ExcelR, aimed at enhancing students’ digital marketing skills. Held from September 12th to 30th, 2022, this 30-hour training program was conducted online via Google Meet, with sessions held daily from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A total of 109 students from the Batch 2021-23 enrolled in the program, successfully completing the training. The program, designed to make students market-ready and employable, did not require any budget due to the collaborative nature of the MOU with ExcelR. Upon completion, participants received a VAP certification from ExcelR, signifying their upskilling in digital marketing. This program was mapped to PO, PO2.

4. Value Added Program on ‘Application based Program on Adv Excel, PowerPoint and Word’
The Rajeev Gandhi College of Management Studies (RGCMS) organized a Value Added Program (VAP) on “Application-based Program on Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word” in collaboration with ExcelR. The training, held online via Google Meet from November 7th to 28th, 2022, aimed to enhance students’ efficiency and effectiveness in using these key applications. Running for 30 hours over 15 days with daily sessions from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the program saw enrollment from the entire Batch of 2021-23, with 100 participants successfully completing it. This initiative, carried out under an MOU with ExcelR, did not require a budget and focused on upskilling the students. Participants were awarded VAP certification upon successful completion of the training. This program was mapped to PO2.
